Lisa Katharina Haag is the founder and managing director of MJ Universe GmbH, located in Berlin (Germany). She has been active in the cannabis space since 2017 and works at the intersection of strategy, communication, stakeholder engagement, and long-term ecosystem development.
Lisa brings a strong business background and an entrepreneurial mindset to this work, combining experience in sales, market development, strategic positioning, and relationship-driven business growth.
MJ Universe was founded as her response to a clear gap: a rapidly evolving cannabis industry in need of more structure, more credible dialogue, and a more connected perspective.
From the beginning, the idea behind MJ Universe was not only to participate in the industry but to help shape it with clarity, legitimacy, and long-term thinking.
Over time, the initial concept has grown into a platform that reflects this broader vision: connecting people, ideas, and perspectives across the cannabis space and supporting a more mature, future-ready industry.
